The location in a perfect area was perfect and magnificent and there where a bakery and shops nearby. Besides, the property was 4 km away from National Show Center. Enjoyed the way our reasonably large apartment in the other separate bedroom was.

The room was spacious and luxurious, complete with a balcony. the hotel's location was fantastic, close to Neuschwanstein Castle and a beautiful lake. Conveniently situated near Fussen.

We were so surprised, very large, had a kitchen and what a view from our deck. Only 5 minute drive to the old town and the castles. Thiis was a great way to end our month in germany. The resturant was great. Tried the one across the street one night, didn't compare to the san marco.

The restaurant was popular with good Italian food here, I had appetising dishes.

the atmosphere is unique and just right for us. the hotel's location was fantastic, especially with a great eatery downstairs serving amazing pizzas! 🍕.

Good for family vacation. Quirky and comfortable hotel in a stunning position at the lake. Luxury and absolutely perfect rooms, large bathroom. Very comfy bed. Very helpful employees with nice manners.

We enjoyed a delicious meal at a charming Italian eatery. the staff was incredibly friendly and the location couldn't have been better. We also appreciated having a bakery and shops nearby 🥐.

Very helpful and friendly staff, excellent quality apartment with all that we required provided and working! Beautiful location with easy access to local amenities. Although we only stopped overnight we would consider a returning for a longer stay in the future.

The staff here were really helpful and thorough. the location is so nice, not far from the Neuschwanstein and Schwangau castles, making it super easy to reach them. Plus, it's right by the lakefront 🌊.

Best location for the given price. Spectacular view. Free parking. Fast & free wi-fi 16 mb/S. Helpful owner. Perfect restaraunt downstairs.

I was there off season at the end of November and temperature in room was 17 c; which is okay under the blanket :-). No daily cleaning - is that okay in the apart hotel? Check-in time till 20:00 could be inconvinient for late travellers; I've made it 20 minutes before deadline.

Absolutely stunning location opposite the breathtaking lake. The spacious and immaculately clean apartment with a well-equipped kitchen was a pleasant surprise. We loved the garage parking and the doors that opened onto the balcony, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful view. The free and fast internet connection was a bonus. The nearby restaurants and shops made it convenient for dining and shopping. The large terrace with chairs, sun umbrella, and table provided a great spot to relax and soak in the amazing scenery. it was a fantastic experience!

Only the location, overlooking a lovely lake and mountains.

This place must have been nice when it was new. But not now. It was filthy. The floor was so dirty that we had to wear our shoes in the apartment. The kitchen was disgusting, the bedroom stank, the bathroom bin was crawling. The bins from the restaurant below stank. The receptionist was miserable. The terrace looked like it had never been cleaned. Also, we were not the only guests in the apartment - fleas or something.... We were bitten!!! In the morning a (nicer) girl on reception agreed to give us a 25 Euro discount as that was all she could do. I would like all my money back. Do not stay here. Luckily we were only there one night.... We couldn't have stayed any longer and we moved on to one of the many, many much nicer places in this beautiful area.
